Cancellation Policy

To give every client the best experience, please take a moment to review our booking policy before securing your appointment. 📅 Appointments • All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system. • Same-day bookings may be available but are not guaranteed. 💳 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your final service total. • Without a deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed. ⏰ Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. • If you cancel late or don’t show up, your deposit will be forfeited. 💵 Cash Payments • Cash is accepted. Please bring exact change if possible. • If you plan to pay in cash, you must still secure your appointment with a deposit. 🧼 Clean Environment Please arrive with clean hands/nails/skin depending on the service. No extra guests or children unless being serviced. 💖 Satisfaction All services are non-refundable, but if there is an issue, contact us within 48 hours so we can address it.
